We had a fantastic time at this hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the delicious food at the Jasmin terrace restaurant, everything was delightful. The kids had a great time with the pools and activities, although we noticed our room wasn't cleaned daily as expected. Despite that, the friendly staff and superb amenities, like the Turkish bath, made our stay truly memorable.
